Partnership agreement between Tunis Stock Exchange and the Association of the Chartered Accountants of Tunisia

Tunis Stock Exchange signed this day a partnership agreement with the Association of the Chartered accountants of Tunisia -ECT-. This convention consolidates further the relations of proximity that the Stock Exchange develops with the various corporations in relation to the Tunisian financial market.

One of the principal advisors of the Company is the auditor, who plays an important role in the development of the financial market. He intervenes upstream to prepare the company (Conformity to the accounting standards, regulation, organization, installation of internal control procedures and reporting…) to going public. He plays a role to trusted third-party because his signature is taken seriously by the market. Post introduction, he also accompanies the company which will have to produce reliable financial information for the investors.

Thus, within the framework of this agreement, a set of meetings and awerness campagne will be carried out towards of the members of the -ECT- to promote the financing of the company by the market and to present the prerequisites of the recourse to the market.
