STA - Start of trading

The Tunis Stock Exchange celebrates, today, the introduction on the main market of the Official List, the company «Société Tunisienne d’Automobiles - STA ". This introduction brings to 81 the number of listed companies.

On this occasion, the Tunis Stock Exchange organized a ceremony to celebrate the start of trading of the shares "STA", in the presence of the Chairman of the Financial Market Council, the executives, the Tunis Stock Exchange, Tunisie Clearing, the Association of brokerage firms, the brokers in the stock market and the media.

At 9 o'clock, Mr Moneim BOUSSARSAR, CEO of the company, and the shareholders rang the bell, announcing the beginning of the quotation of the share on the stock exchange.

The listing of the company "STA" was carried out through a Firm Price Offer of 480 000 shares and a Global Placement of 120 000 shares, that is to say 600 000 shares representing 30% of the share capital. The price of the share is 17 dinars. The operation concerned a total amount of 10.2MD.

The result of the placement of shares through the Firm Price Offer has shown a demand representing 3.6 times the quantity offered, attracting 1 185new shareholders, while the Global Placement has been fully subscribed by 5 investors.

Through this introduction, "STA" aims at reinforcing its equity, increasing its notoriety and benefiting from the tax advantage.

On the day of its introduction, the market capitalization of the company "STA" is 34MD.  The security is negotiated in the quotation group “11” according to the continuous mode, under the ISIN Code “TNNGTFLC2986" and the Mnemonic " STA ".
