Transaction fees

1 - The limit of the commissions on the transactions traded on the market and paid by the seller and the buyer of securities and financial products for Tunis Stock Exchange, through the brokers, is fixed in accordance with the following tables:

Equities Securities traded on the Stock Exchange:

* The rate applied for the calculation of trading commissions on other transferable securities admitted to trading (excluding admitted capital securities), is set by the Board of directors on July 22, 2016, at 0.0005%, with effective date July 26, 2016.

Securities traded without listing:

The rates envisaged by the two tables above are reduced of 50% when the transactions are carried out for Mutual funds. The broker acting on behalf of a mutual fund has to indicate this detail at the time of the realization of the transaction.

Commission received on the listed securities is due on the operations of the first quotation.

The commission received for a transaction cannot be more, for the seller and for the buyer, than forty thousand dinars (40 000 DT) for Equities Securities and five thousand dinars (5 000 DT) for the other securities.

 2 - The rate of the commission paid by the seller and the buyer, for the transactions registered at Tunis Stock Exchange, is fixed in accordance with the following table:

The commission cannot be less than, for the seller and  the buyer, fifteen dinars (15 DT) for the equities securities  and five dinars (5 DT) for the other securities, and it cannot exceed, for each party , for each contract, forty thousand dinars (40 000 DT) for the equities securities  and five hundred dinars (500 DT) for the other securities.

The commission collected by the Tunis Stock Exchange for registered operations is calculated based on the latest listed price.
